Millers' Local Bakehouse has been baking in Wollongong since 2018, growing out of the well-loved cafe, Sandygoodwich. Millers' is committed to using local ingredients, local labour, no preservatives and no additives. We always use free-range eggs and seasonal produce.

Most recently, we tried something different and started our Hole in the Wall pop up shop in response to lockdown restrictions. We enjoyed the freedom and creative process so much that we have decided it can stay!
Our Hole in the Wall is available Friday and Saturday each week - 9am to 11am.
The menu is posted every Wednesday on Instagram for the following weekend. 
Millers' is available to bake direct to the public for any private event, no matter the size. We can provide celebration cakes, tarts (both sweet and savoury), pastries and cupcakes. For any catering enquiries, please contact us here.
