Build your own pavlova layer cake, serves 8-10 people
Includes 3x meringue discs, made with free range egg whites
600ml whipping cream
300ml jar Millers’ lemon curd
Raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
Pick-up days are Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of December ONLY between 9:30 - 1 pm. Orders can be picked up ONLY from our Bulli shopfront - 1/249 Princes Highway Bulli.
Eggs, sugar, vanilla, cream, lemon, butter, mixed berries.
Contains eggs and dairy.
Meringue to be stored in and air tight container at room temperature but not in the fridge. Whipping cream, berries and lemon curd to be stored in the fridge until ready to use. Once assembled, rest the cake for an hour to allow for easier slicing.
Once built at home, best eaten the day you prepare but can be consumed within 2 days.
